Church Membership Is Important


 


 Becoming a member of a sound, Bible Believing, New Testament Church is God’s desire of every Christian (Acts 2:47, 1 Corinthians 12:18) .

As a member, it is my responsibility to love my church -- because Christ loved it and died for it . I must also support it with my prayers (Ephesians 6:18) , talents (1 Corinthians 12:1-31) , possessions (Malachi 3:10) , and presence (Hebrews 10:25).



 

A Christian will never truly experience the joy of salvation unless he or she dedicates his or her life to greater service to the Lord. Discover your God given talents. Begin serving Him in a Bible-believing church. There, you will find others who have dedicated their lives to serving such a loving, merciful, and compassionate Savior.

Christ died for the church.
   . . . even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.  Ephesians 5:25

God demands us not to forsake His church.   (Hebrews 10:25)
